WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy information
How this website handles enquiries and your browser preferences.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Information you provide
Our contact, audit and project-estimator forms collect your name, business, email, phone if provided, country and project details. We use this information to assess and respond to your request. Please do not include student records, health information, passwords or payment details.
Form delivery
Enquiries are sent through Web3Forms to the configured business inbox. Web3Forms processes form submissions and may process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. Submitting a form does not create a customer account or automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Campaign information
The website may keep campaign tags and your landing page in session storage and include them with your enquiry. This helps identify how visitors reached the site. We do not store the contents of your enquiry in browser storage.
Browser preferences and analytics
Your theme and analytics preference are stored locally in your browser. Configured optional analytics runs only after you choose to allow it. You can change your choice on the Cookies page.
Enquiry retention
Contact SiteNow to ask how long your enquiry is held in the business inbox or to request deletion. Provider and inbox retention settings require separate management; this website does not automatically delete delivered email.
Your requests
You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances. Do not send identity documents through the enquiry form; we will discuss any necessary verification directly.
External services
WhatsApp, booking links and external websites have their own privacy practices. They receive information when you choose to use them. We do not embed their chat or scheduling tools into this website.
